Optimization in the bonding process of mattresses
The demand for process optimization in the mattress industry is enormous. With great pleasure, a project was completed in collaboration with 4 students from the Haagse Hogeschool in the second half of 2016.
Immediately restore product recognition, control of the adhesive image and even unintentional interruptions in the glue pattern. That hard work is rewarded is also evident in this project, the result may be there. For optimum recognition of the glue, we decided to use UV.
