Privacypolicy BIT Hotmelt Technology
To ensure we can do our work, we process personal information. In some cases we will work with third parties.

It is important for us that your personal information is handled with care. This means the information we gather is secure and carefully processed. With this we fulfill the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, for example, that we:

When we share your personal information, we make sure (through a data processing agreement) that your information will not be used for any other purposes. This also means your information will be deleted when it is no longer necessary.

These make sure the website works as intended and to save your preference settings. We also place cookies that monitor your behavior on the web so we can use this to improve our website.

We don’t make decisions based on automated processing about cases that would have (significant) consequences for someone. These are decisions that are taken by software or systems without human review or interaction.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal information by BIT Hotmelt Technology and you have the right to receive your personal information that we have gathered.

You can request the above by sending an email to info@bithotmelt.com.

To ensure the request has been made by you we ask you to send a copy of your id with the sent request. In this copy please make the photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the numbers at the bottom of your passport), your passport number, and your citizen service number black. This is to keep your privacy. We will respond, at most within four weeks, to your request.

This declaration does not apply to third party websites that are connected to ours through links. We can’t guarantee that these websites are safe or handle your personal information with the same care. Always read the privacy declaration of the concerning websites.

It is possible for us to make changes to this privacy declaration. These changes will be published on our website. Your will never be used by BIT Hotmelt Technology for other purposes.
