What will you be doing?

As a Service Coordinator at BIT Hotmelt Technology, you are the indispensable link between customers, technicians, and the internal organization. Together with your colleague, you ensure that everything related to service and maintenance runs smoothly: from planning to completion. Thanks to your overview, structure, and communication skills, the technical team operates efficiently and customers are helped quickly.

Your tasks include:

  • Planning and coordinating service and workshop orders for technicians.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers.
  • Ensuring technicians have the correct information, parts, and documentation.
  • Coordinating activities with colleagues from sales, workshop, and purchasing.
  • Monitoring proper order processing.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas to improve service processes.
