As an Account Manager at BIT Hotmelt Technology, you will visit our diverse range of clients in the Netherlands—from laboratories to major breweries. Thanks to our service, high-quality products, and customized solutions, our customers stay with us for years. If you thrive on building and maintaining strong business relationships, this role is perfect for you.

What will you be doing?

As an Account Manager, you are the key link between BIT Hotmelt Technology and our customers. You know your clients inside and out, understand their challenges and opportunities, and focus on long-term relationships. For you, sales are a result of solid advice and genuine interest, rather than just a goal in itself. Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring clients receive the best support
  • Staying up to date with customer needs and market developments
  • Contributing to product development by sharing customer- and market insights

  • At least MBO-4/HAVO level of thinking and working
