At BIT Hotmelt Technology, we partner with you to tackle these challenges and contribute to achieving the European climate goals for the industry. With our energy-efficient solutions, we help reduce adhesive consumption, save energy, and optimize the efficient use of Hotmelt adhesive equipment.

Through the development of new energy-efficient Hotmelt equipment, we were inspired to further support our partners in sustainable business practices and help them meet the European climate goals.

 

Together with you, we create a sustainability document that details the equipment used in your production process, including operating hours and warm-up times. By leveraging our database of tested equipment, we extract energy consumption data and compare it with the performance of new, energy-efficient solutions. This allows us to map out the energy (kWh) and CO₂ savings per machine and across your entire production process.

MELER MICRON+ ECO.

We are proud to introduce the new Meler Micron+ ECO to our product range, and there are two key reasons for this. First, this unit offers an exceptionally energy-efficient solution, something many of our partners have been searching for. Secondly, we have worked closely with Meler in the development of this unit, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance and sustainability.

At BIT Hotmelt Technology, we began developing this small-tank adhesive unit in response to market demands, with a strong focus on ease of use and low-maintenance design.

During this process, we also turned our attention to energy consumption. Thanks to an optimized structure and the use of high-quality insulation materials, this unit has become a great success.

Meler has industrialized this innovative Hotmelt unit and integrated it into their product line, making it widely available to the industry.

This unit is designed to be extremely energy-efficient while offering a 1.5-liter tank capacity and a melting capacity of up to 2,5 kg per hour, depending on the adhesive used. It can process both granules and Hotmelt adhesive in packaging forms up to 1 kg, providing flexibility in application.

It is particularly suitable for case erectors, sealers, and palletizing Hotmelt adhesive applications. To accommodate different operational needs, the unit is available with or without the Autofill refilling system.
